You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time up to 10 days of receiving your goods. To receive a refund (excluding shipping costs), the goods must be unused and still sealed where applicable. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Please contact us at sales@mehode.com stating your invoice and customer number and confirm that you wish to receive a refund. You must then return all the goods in question with their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice to (It is advisable that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office):

As soon as we have received the goods we will credit the credit/debit card originally supplied. Goods are refunded within 30 days of your notice of cancellation.
